It looks like both of her hands and her right foot is losing circulation, and turning colors! beautiful model, Janneke has a special glow about her. I think its that jawbone. Its beautiful.  Fantastic pose and photo!

 i second =corixa's comment on the colour of her hands. but it also might be a classic problem that the hands have a different tone than the rest of the body and the shadows bring it out stronger..  Great pose!
