Korcula - wet steps at night

I think the colours in this photo are amazing, I love the contrast between the warm orange and the cool green hue of the steps and also the light and dark.
The composition is nice although I personally would have made it just a touch longer (portrait wise) so that the darkness framed the image evenly on the top and the bottom.
My main criticism of this piece is that there is no real focus. My eye is immediately drawn to the brightness as the top of the image, but I cant really focus on what its depicting. Although the detail you have captured on the bottom two steps is effective, it would be more so if the focus was more towards the centre of the image as the your eye focuses there first.
Over all I think this image is really nice, it shows skill and careful observation as well as a good understanding of contrast.
