I would have moved the frame a little to the left to leave a little more space next to her arm, and down a tiny bit to have just a little teeny bit less space at the top.

I'm looking through your stuff trying to find SOMETHING to say as constructive critique, but I'm finding it really difficult coz you just rock so much! ^_^

very nice perspective,
and as it was said, nice choice of DOF...
what was the focal length? i think i'd use a smaller one, but just a bit.
also, the green background fits very well with her eyes, and overall the colors are very good.
