This is almost too pretty a scene to submit. . . I took it while photographing a wedding on the weekend.
This is the Nepean River behind Sydney and the Blue Mountains in the background behind those wonderful jacarandas. The 'Nepean Belle' is a floating restaurant / reception venue that plies a stretch of the river. This shot is taken from the Log Cabin where the wedding and reception were held. Thanks J. . . I would never take Twain as an insult. . . Huck Finn is an amazing novel which evokes the world of the south so well. The stunning word pictures of the river are just amazing. As is the moral dimension.
Well - fair enough. . . I told the couple they'd always have proof they'd had a November wedding.
