Seen on the long Mereenie Loop Road in central Australia. Not all indigenous people living in the area speak English as we know it - hence these signs in pidgin. They are for real. . . (They refer to the accelerator foot)

We drove this road in 2009 and saw these signs. To my lasting regret I didn't stop the photograph them - Thanks for showing them on this site.
Seems like you did a very similar trip to us - Uluru & Kata Tjuta, then to Kings Canyon, then Mereenie loop to Gosse's Bluff & Glen Helen, followed by the gorges on the way back to the Alice. Great country to explore.
